Using this form, you can add Beacon Bucks to your BeaconCard. Your funds will be available immediately.

Refund Requests
UMass Boston students and staff who have left the University and have $10 or more remaining in their Beacon Bucks account may request a refund. The request needs to come via your campus email to BeaconCard@umb.edu. A mailing address must be provided in your email in order for a check to be sent.
For students, refunds will occur when the account is deemed eligible for refund and your Wiser account has a zero balance. At that point we will look to see if you have been officially marked as withdrawn, graduated, or transferred in the student information system. For staff, refunds will occur when your employment has ended, as verified in the HR system. Please allow 4-6 weeks for the refund to be processed.
N.B. Amounts less than $10.00 will not be refunded. Meal Plan Balance and Dining Points will not be refunded.
