Schedule Low Balance Notifications Visit the Low Balance section of the Personalize menu to notify yourself or others when your balance is low.
Grant Additional Access Visit the Guest Access section of the Personalize menu to manage user access to your account. Guests will receive their own login and password.
Is Your Card Missing? Visit the Lost/Stolen Card section of the Personalize menu to immediately deactivate your ID Card and protect yourself from loss.
Need Additional Funds? Visit the Request Money section of the Personalize menu and let us send an email on your behalf to request additional funds to your account.

Add deposits to your FLEX, Dining Dollar Gold or Faculty/Staff accounts using a valid credit card. Please check your balance first to make sure your account has been activated. Call 568-6446 if you need help.

Please Note: Dining Dollars Gold is NOT Dining Dollars. You cannot make deposits to Dining Dollars through this site.
In order to add money to Dining Dollars Gold you MUST first contact Card Services at (540) 568-6446 to make sure you have an active account.
