A: Refunds will not be issued at the end of the spring semester. Refund requests of $25.00 or more from graduating students or students permanently leaving Rutgers University will only be accepted upon written request using the RU Express refund request form. Proof of withdrawal or dismissal is required. Written request forms must be submitted to the RU Express/Board Plan Office, Records Hall, Room 102 College Avenue Campus, no later than the dates indicated in the Terms and Conditions Agreement.
