Automatic Deposits Worried about running out of money? Don't want to hassle with having to remember to make a deposit when your Campus Dollars are low? Visit the Automatic Deposits section of the Personalize menu to configure recurring deposits.
Would you like others to have access to your accounts online? Visit the Grant Additional Access section of the Personalize menu to grant access to up to four people to allow them to see your activity online without having to surrender your own password.
Is your WyoOne Card missing? If you have misplaced your WyoOne Card or you think it is being used fraudulently, visit the Lost/Stolen Card section of the Personalize menu to deactivate your card.
Low Balance Warning Visit the Low Balance Warning section of the Personalize menu to configure an automatic reminder email to be sent once your balance drops below a set amount. You can even send a copy to a friend or relative.
Would you like to request a Campus Dollars deposit from someone else? Visit the Request Funds section of the Personalize menu and let us send an email on your behalf to request additional funds on your card from a friend or relative.
What are Campus $$?
Campus $$ is money that is deposited into a debit (declining balance) account by the card holder, and can be used at campus retail locations:
Transit and Parking (to purchase parking passes and pay parking citations)
Vending machines (in some locations)
WyoOne ID office (Knight Hall)
Deposits can be made online (using a computer or a smart phone), at the WyoOne ID office, Cashiers office, by calling the ID office (307.766.6583) or using one of the cash deposit machines throughout campus. Faculty/staff may use payroll deduction to make a recurring deposit into Campus $$.
