Guest accounts are the most secure way for parents and friends to save payment methods and deposit Colonel Cash to a students' account.

Your student will need to request Guest Access for you by logging in and using the Grant Additional Access link. You will receive your own username and password via email.

Once you receive your email simply sign into the Colonel Card website and view your student's spending activity and account balance.

You can even add funds to Colonel Cash by clicking on the "Add Cash Here" icon. No login is required for this feature. You will be required to enter the student's email address.
