What is the PacificCard?

The PacificCARD is your multi-purpose ID card. Your card and related accounts are non transferable and the card is valid only with a photo. Your PacificCard may be deactivated and/or retained when presented by any cardholder other than the cardholder identified or by making inappropriate or illegal use of it.

The PacificCARD ID is used to enter campus facilities, access the services at the library, enter athletic events, purchase goods and services both on and off campus, print and copy in the library, scan into the Baun Fitness Center, and do laundry in most of the residence halls.

Deposits can be made online by selecting the "Manage Your Account" link and logging on, or by using the "Add Cash Now" link. You can deposit PacificCash from your mobile phone by downloading the PacificCard App for iOS or Android. Alternatively, you may deposit funds in person by visiting the PacificCard Office, or any one of our 3 kiosks in The Lair, Main Library, or PHSLC Branch Library.

There is a $35 fee for payments returned for any reason. Multiple returned payments may result in the requirement that all future payments are made in guaranteed funds. The student's account can be placed on a finance hold thus preventing the student from receiving any services or benefits from the University including but not limited to registration for courses, copies of transcripts, diplomas, and utilization of University housing and meals.

You can suspend your card 24x7 by logging onto your account and selecting the "Lost/Stolen Cards" link. Your card will be deactivated from use and an email will be sent to the PacificCARD Office. You can also take this action directly from the PacificCard App for your smartphone.
