1 - This CobyCard is NON-Transferable. 2 - Carry your CobyCard with you at all times. 3 - If this card is used to gain entry to a campus residence hall, please immediately report the card is lost to your Residence Hall Director or the RD on Duty and the CobyCard Office. 4 - If you find a CobyCard, please return it to the CobyCard Office. 5 - You do not get a new card each semester.One card per student for your entire career at SUNY Cobleskill. 6 - CAS is not liable for funds lost due to stolen or misuse of your CobyCard. 7 - These cards have a computer chip and wires built in.These cards are your responsibility, please handle with care. There will be a $25.00 charge for lost, stolen or damaged cards. 8 - You MUST have a government issued picture ID available for a CobyCard. I have read and understand the cardholder agreement.
