Q: How can I replenish my GetIt card when I run out of funds?
A: You can add funds via the On- line Card Office@ https://services.jsatech.com/index.php?id=102 , in the Value Transfer Stations (VTS) in the Brower Student Center and in the Library and in the Office of Student Accounts, GH 119.

Q: How can I eliminate the need to carry cash, a checkbook or call my parents to wire me money every week?
A: The TCNJ ID card is programmed with a GetIt debit account on the identification card that eliminates the need to carry cash. The TCNJ ID GetIt account is a privilege available to every member of the TCNJ community. All you need to do is add money to the account in order to activate the privilege. It can be used at every dining location on campus, and at multiple off-campus locations. You can even pay your telephone bill, buy tickets to an on-campus event, buy books for class, and make a purchase from a vending machine.

Q: What makes using the TCNJ ID more advantageous than using a credit card?
A: There are no finance charges, annual membership fees, or interest rates when you use the electronic wallet system.

A: No, your GetIt card is for on/off purchase transactions only.

A: The GetIt card debit fund is accepted in the dining locations on campus, the TCNJ bookstore and for services in the library.

A: The cost to replace an ID card is $25.00

Q: How do I know how much money is available on my card?
A: You do not have to wait for monthly statements letting you know what your remaining balance is, you can check you balance via the On- line Card Office@ https://services.jsatech.com/index.php?cid=102, in the Value Transfer Stations (VTS) in the Brower Student Center and in the Library and in the Office of Student Accounts, GH 119.

Q: What if I Lose my GetIt Card?
A: It is your responsibility to report your ID card lost or stolen, so to insure that you prevent unauthorized usage if you lose it, report it one of the following ways; via the On- line Card Office@ https://services.jsatech.com/index.php?cid=102, in the Office of Student Accounts, GH 119 or by calling 609-771-3146.
