Q: My balance is low, but I have signed up for Automatic Deposits. Why wasn't an automatic deposit made?

A: There is a delay in processing automatic deposits. Once every night the system gets an update of all account balances. It then checks every account to see if an automatic deposit is needed, and then checks every account to see if a low balance warning should be sent. Because of this, it will often be over 24 hours since your balance has gone low before the automatic deposit is attempted. Automated deposits are typically made between 10 AM and Noon on the day AFTER your balance dropped below the set amount.
