Q: Do the WEPA Print KIOSK located in Library accept RaiderCard?

A: Yes, the WEPA Print KIOSKs do accept the RaiderCard stored value account. Dining bucks are not accepted.

Q: I am Texas Tech University employee. What is required to obtain an ID Card?

A: Your EPAF must have been applied in order to obtain an ID Card. Bring identification, such as Drivers license, passport, military ID. The University ID/Raider Card Office is located in the Student Union, Room 103. Question?? Call 742-1457

A: The following people are permitted to obtain a ID/Raider Card from the ID/Raider Card Office:

  • Students
  • Faculty
  • Staff
  • TTU Retirees

Q: Where and when can I get an ID Card?

A: You may get your ID Card after you have registered for classes. Picture identification, such as a driver's license, military ID, etc. is required in order to receive an ID Card.
Stop by the ID/Raider Card Office at 103 Student Union Building.

Q: I have questions about my ID/Raider Card.

A: Call the ID/Raider Card Office at 742-1457 or send an email to raidercard@ttu.edu. The ID/Raider Card Office is located in Room 103 Student Union. Office hours are 8-5 Monday through Friday.

Q: Will I lose the dining bucks on my commuter plan at the end of the semester?

A: The student commuter plan does not expire. Any remaining balance will carry over from semester to semester, including summer sessions, for as long as the student is enrolled. Faculty-Staff commuter plans will carryover for as long as the employee is employed at Texas Tech.
