A: Funds can be added to your card by using the "Deposit money into an account" link above.

A: You can use your card anywhere you see the school card program logo.

Q: Who can be issued a Hendrix OneCard?

A: Students, Employees, Visitors, and Departments can be issued a Hendrix OneCard.

Q: When does the meal plan week start? And when does it end?

A: A meal plan week runs from Sunday morning to Saturday afternoon.

Q: As an On-Campus student, what are my meal plan options?

A: Unlimited Meal Plan: Unlimited access in the Dining Hall.

Q: If I added funds to my card through the Hendrix Website, what happens to this money at the end of the semester?

A: Personal deposits placed on the card are transferable and will remain on the card for use.

Q: If I do not plan on using my Personal Deposit funds or if I graduate, what happens to those funds?

A: Upon graduation, any Personal Deposit funds added to a studentís account will be refunded to that student. Students may request the return of any added funds during the last week of the semester.

Q: What if I show up to the Dining Room without a card?

A: Individuals will not be allowed to enter the Dining Room without a card. Meals may be purchased by cash or check.

Q: What if I loose my card over the weekend?

A: Lost or stolen cards can only be replaced at the Information Desk in the SLTC during their normal business hours Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. Meals may be purchased by cash or check.

Q: Can I use my OneCard in the Bookstore?

A: Book Vouchers and Personal funds added to your card can be used in the Bookstore. Dining Dollars and meal plan funds do not apply in the Bookstore.

Q: Can I let visitors use my card?

A: You can pay for visitors meals with your Dining Dollars or added funds as long as you accompany them to the door.

Q: How can I get a visitor card?

A: Visitor cards can be purchased at the Business Office. The purchase price is the value of personal funds placed on the card but not less than $50.

Q: What are the incentives to adding funds to my card if I live off campus and dine frequently?

A: Many of the meals are discounted to card users and the card offers the convenience of not carrying cash.

Q: Can I use my OneCard to purchase drinks from the vending machine?

A: You may access your Personal Deposits to purchase beverages in the Veasey, Couch, Martin, Raney and Burrow machines.
