A: The Bronco Card is used at vending machines, copiers, laundry facility, RJSC cafeteria, Java City (Eco-Grounds) Cafe, C-3 Convenience Store, Bronco Grill and FSU Bookstore. There are dozens of off-campus merchants that accept the Debit account linked to Bronco Card.

Q: How do I add money to my Bronco Account?
A: You can add cash to your card at the PHIL (Depositor) conveniently located at the RJSC and Chesnutt Library. You may also add money with a cash at the Bronco Card Office or use credit card (Visa and Mastercard) at the Online Card Office.

Q: How much value can I store on my Bronco Account?
A: There is no maximum amount you can store onto your Bronco Account.

Q: Can I use my Bronco Bucks at Bronco Account locations?
A: No. Your Bronco Card has three separate, unrelated accounts. Bronco Account can be used in vending, copiers, laundry facility and some on-campus merchants. Aramark Debit Account can only be used at on-campus food services such as the Cafeteria, Bronco Grill and C3 Express (SBE).

Q: I've lost my Bronco Card. What happens to the value on my Bronco Card Account?
A: Bronco Account is just like real cash. If you lose your Bronco Card, you've lost the value on your Account and it cannot be refunded. Treat your card carefully and keep it in a safe place. Suspend your Bronco Card immediately and purchase a new card.

Q: My Bronco Card is being rejected at readers. What is happening?
A: Go to the Bronco Card Office. We can examine the card and often correct the problem.

Q: My card is lost/stolen. What if the replacement fee?
A: If you lost your card or it was stolen you will have to pay $20 dollars to receive new card.

Q: My card is damaged due to misuse or mishap. How much is the replacment fee?
A: If your card is damaged you must pay a $5 dollar fee to receive a reprint. You must turn in damaged card at time of replacement.
