Q: How do I open a Print account?

A: Make a deposit by clicking here and fill in the requested information. The account will automatically be activated and available for use once the deposit has been completed.

Q: Where can the Print account be used?

A: At any InfoLab, TLC, or department lab that accepts Wiscard. For more information about the InfoLabs, visit the DoIT Computer Labs site. The Print account can also be used for copying at many of the campus libraries.

Q: How do I access the funds in this account?

A: If you have a Wiscard: You will use your NetID and password to gain access to the funds for printing. To make photocopies you will need to swipe your Wiscard through the reader to activate the copier.
If you have a Print card: You will use the card number and PIN printed on the card to print. To make photocopies you will need to swipe your Print card through the reader to activate the copier.

Q: Can I use my Wiscard account to pay for copying or printing?

A: Yes - if you already have funds in a Wiscard account it is recommended that you use this account instead of adding additional funds to a Print account. Funds in your Wiscard account provide greater flexibility and can be used anywhere on campus that accepts Wiscard.
