Hours of Operation

Normal Business Hours:
The UCard Office is open Monday through Friday, 08:30am to 05:00pm. The UCard is closed Saturday, Sunday, and most holidays.

Extended Business Hours:
During opening weekends the UCard Office is open the following hours:

  • Fall 2010: Sunday and Monday, Sep. 5 & 6, 9am to 5pm
  • Spring 2011: TBA

Observed Holidays:
The UCard Office will be closed the following dates during the 2010-2011 school year:

  • Columbus Day: October 11, 2010
  • Veterans' Day: November 11, 2010
  • Thanksgiving: November 25 & 26, 2010*
  • Christmas - New Years: December 25, 2010 - January 01, 2011*
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day: January 17, 2011
  • Presidents' Day: February 21, 2011
  • Patriot's Day: April 18, 2011
  • Memorial Day: May 30, 2011
  • Independence Day: July 4, 2011

*If you have an urgent need for assistance on the day after Thanksgiving or during the week between the Christmas and New Year holidays, call (413) 545-0197, and choose option #0. Although the office will be closed, someone will be covering the phones during those days.
