Student Advantage Discounts
*Please do not send us a form any later than August 1, 2010 as we cannot process it during the school year.* To obtain a card from August -May, you will need to come in person to our office in Willard Hall room 182. You will fill out a form here, will take your photo and produce your card while you wait. Click here to see what guidelines you should follow when providing us with a photo.

You can report your card lost or stolen anytime by logging in with your CU-IdentiKey and password, or by calling 303-492-1212.
