Do you want to allow others to see your ID Card activity online? Visit the Grant additional access section of the Personalize menu to grant access to up to four people to allow them to see your activity online without having to surrender your own password. Keep in mind this will grant the user full access to your account.
Is your card missing? If you have misplaced your card or you think it is being used fraudulently, visit the Lost/Stolen Card section of the Personalize Your Card menu once you are logged in, to deactivate your account.
Need money from mom and dad? Visit the Request Money section of the Personalize Your Card menu and let us send an email on your behalf to request a deposit to your X Cash account from a friend or relative.
Low Balance Warning Visit the Low Balance Warning section of the Personalize menu to configure an automatic reminder email to be sent once your balance drops below a set amount. You can even send a copy to a friend or relative.
Automatic Deposits Worried about running out of money? Don't want to hassle with having to remember to make a deposit when your funds are low? Visit the Automatic Deposits section of the Personalize menu to configure recurring deposits based upon your balance.

PARENTS: How to deposit X Cash to student account

Click on the "ADD X CASH HERE" link on the left of the home page. You will be prompted for your student's 9 digit ID number (Ex: 000123456), your Visa or Mastercard number, amount of your deposit, and your billing information. It is that simple. Funds are available to the students immediately following approval.

If you are looking to provide someone with a simple link to make a deposit into your account use "Request Money" feature. If you are wanting to give someone full access to your account including a summary of your account activity use the "Grant Additional Access" feature.
Lost your ALL Card? - Report it online

If you have lost track of your ALL Card, you can login to this card management web site and report your card lost which puts a hold on accessing your financial accounts and access to your resident hall. Use the link on the right titled "Lost/Stolen Card".
