| Meal Plan Help at UCard Office Opening Weekend |

| The Meal Plan Office will have a staff member available at the UCard Office on the following days:
- Sunday, September 5th - 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Monday, September 6th - 9:00am to 5:00pm
If you need assistance with a meal plan after 09/06/10 you will need to go to the Meal Plan Office located in Franklin Dining Commons. |

| UCard Run Number Information Now In Spire |

| The new iClass UCards do not have the 16-digit run number printed on the card.
If you have a new iClass UCard but need to know your run number, you can now look it up on SPIRE . |

| Where to Pick Up Your New iClass UCards |

| New Students who didn't get their UCards during summer orientation need to pick up their UCards when they come to campus.
Similarly, returning students who either live in, or take classes in, one of the 13 iClass Residence Halls will need to swap out their current UCards for new iClass UCards when they return to campus.

| The UCard Office is in the process of rolling out an upgraded version of the UCard across campus.
To help pay for this implementation, the cost of purchasing a new or replacement student UCard has been increased as follows, effective 07/01/10.
- The cost of an initial student UCard (this applies to Continuing Education students only – Undergraduate and Graduate students pay for their initial UCards as part of their entering fees.) has increased from $25 to $30.
- The normal replacement cost for a student UCard has increased from $20 to $25.
- The discounted replacement cost (requiring that the student turn in their most current UCard at the time of replacement) has increased from $6 to $10.

| Credit Card Deposits - Online Only Starting June 1st |

| As of 06/01/09, the UCard Office and Cashiers Office will no longer process manual credit/debit card deposits. All credit/debit card deposits to the UCard Debit Account will need to go through the online deposit system.
The UCard Office, Cashiers Office, and Bursars Office will continue to accept and process manual cash and check deposits.

| Effective January 9, 2009, there will be a $10 minimum requirement for all web deposits.

| The UCard Office moved 01/05/09 |

| The UCard Office is now located in Room 168 in the Whitmore Administration Building.
The office is open starting at 1:00 pm on Monday, January 5th.
Normal hours of operation resume on Tuesday, January 6th. |

| To register to this site, simply click Register in the Sign-In box and follow the instructions. You must have an official UMass email address to register
If you don't receive an email message within a few minutes of registering, check the quota on your email inbox to see if it is full.
UCARD DEBIT ACCOUNT NUMBER
To login to this site you will need your UCard Debit Account Number.
Students: your UCard Debit Account Number is "08" + your 8-digit Campus ID (SPIRE) Number located on the front of your UCard.
Faculty & Staff: your UCard Debit Account Number is "18" + your 8-digit Campus ID Number located on the back of your UCard. If you have an older UCard that doesn't have an 8-digit ID number on the back, you can find your 8-digit Campus ID Number at the top of your pay stub under "Campus ID." |
