Q: My card is lost/stolen. How do I deactivate it?
A: It is important that you deactivate a lost card immediately. You can do that on this site, call the SUNYCard office during regular business hours (518-442-5989).
or contact UPD (after business hours) to deactivate and to receive a temporary card.
You will need to come into the SUNYCard office, Campus Center B52, for a replacement card.
